Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave at our manufacturing facility in Newberg, Oregon. As a key member of the Finance team, you will ensure the smooth operation of AR functions including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. This is a hands-on, full-time role in a dynamic, customer-focused environment within the dental instrument manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment application, and collections
* Monitor AR aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
* Resolve customer billing issues and reconcile discrepancies
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to support credit management and customer relationships
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AR activity
* Provide leadership and guidance to any supporting AR staff or temporary team members
* Prepare weekly AR status reports and communicate key metrics to finance leadership
* Support month-end close and assist with internal and external audits as needed

Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years in accounts receivable, including leadership or supervisory experience
* Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing (dental or medical device manufacturing preferred)
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
* Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
* Other Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
